A Message From Kelly

Having suffered for 40 years with disordered eating including diets, diet pills, pre-packaged foods, working out like it was my job and having weight loss surgery I still found myself face down in the food.

However, I am here to tell you that I found freedom and to share the hope that you can be free too.

My faith serves as a foundation guiding me to extend kindness, understanding, and support to women struggling with disordered eating.

With unwavering empathy, I actively seek to empower and uplift women, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space for open conversations about your challenges and experiences.

By walking hand in hand I aim to foster healing and help you develop a healthy relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

I am committed to helping you in your transformational journey toward wholeness in spirit, soul and body so you can live the abundant life that Jesus came to give.

About Kelly Chance

I started my first diet at the age of 7. I suffered from low self esteem and sat on the sidelines of life. I was quiet and shy not wanting to draw attention to myself. My life revolved around diets, diet pills, attending 12 step meetings, using the latest gimmicks and hours at the gym all in the name of losing weight.

In 2010, I underwent weight loss surgery (lapband) and after 2 years found myself face down in the food. I used food to cope with challenges and emotional eating was a daily occurrence for me.

In 2017 my energy took a nose dive and doctors could not find anything wrong. I was on a mission to figure out how to get past this wall I had hit and get healthy. I started viewing food as fuel and ate things that felt good in my body. I took off the "good" and "bad" food labels and started working out as a way to better my health not to lose weight.

My mindset had changed from all or nothing thinking to just taking the next step. I realized that mindset was the piece I had been missing all along. I found freedom from the food noise in my head and no longer bow down to the food or scale.
